ARCHITECT
POSITION OVERVIEW
THE CYBERNETICS DIVISION IS SEEKING A SYNTHETIC SYSTEMS ARCHITECT TO LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEXT-GENERATION NEURAL NETWORK ARCHITECTURES FOR OUR SYNTHETIC PERSON PLATFORM. THIS ROLE SITS AT THE INTERSECTION OF COMPUTATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE, ADVANCED AI, AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DEFINE THE TECHNICAL ROADMAP FOR SYNTHETIC COGNITIVE SYSTEMS AND LEAD A TEAM OF ENGINEERS AND RESEARCHERS IN DELIVERING PRODUCTION-READY NEURAL ARCHITECTURES THAT MEET THE CORPORATION'S STANDARDS FOR RELIABILITY, SAFETY, AND PERFORMANCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ARCHITECT AND VALIDATE NEURAL LATTICE TOPOLOGIES FOR SYNTHETIC COGNITIVE PROCESSING
- LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS IN THE DESIGN OF EMOTIONAL MODELING AND BEHAVIORAL REASONING SUBSYSTEMS
- DEFINE PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS AND VALIDATION PROTOCOLS FOR ALL SYNTHETIC NEURAL SYSTEMS
- COLLABORATE WITH ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE TEAMS TO ENSURE REGULATORY ALIGNMENT
- PUBLISH RESEARCH AND REPRESENT THE CORPORATION AT INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIC CONFERENCES
- EVALUATE EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND RECOMMEND STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- PHD IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, OR RELATED FIELD (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- MINIMUM 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN NEURAL NETWORK ARCHITECTURE OR ADVANCED AI SYSTEMS DESIGN
- DEMONSTRATED EXPERTISE IN LARGE-SCALE NEURAL ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AND OPTIMIZATION
- PUBLISHED RESEARCH IN PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS OR TOP-TIER CONFERENCES
- EXPERIENCE LEADING TECHNICAL TEAMS OF 10+ ENGINEERS
- SECURITY CLEARANCE ELIGIBILITY (W-Y CORPORATE LEVEL 3 OR HIGHER)
